The Front Office functions as the central point of contact for the institute’s employees, guests, and contractors. Its key roles include the meticulous preparation of events and meetings – most important here are coordinating venues, administering a system of orientation, and catering to our guests. Additionally, the Front Office supervises the institute’s central mail room, supports the Department of Administration in administrative tasks, and provides the institute’s employees with office supplies, technology for meetings, and so on.
