The working unit Survey Coordination enables an efficient implementation of substudies. In this connection, within the framework of study management the unit accounts i.a. for project and process management, risk management, and the relevant logistic processes. A significant part of the team’s work also consists in the transfer of insights from completed studies as well as from methodological developments in study execution and the management of studies to the preparation and execution of present or upcoming substudies at the institute. Last but not least Survey Coordination is responsible for documentation and archiving regarding all documents related to a substudy, all materials, incentives, and the relevant information concerned with its implementation. These tasks are conducted with the help of self-developed tools like the LIfBi StudyManager.
