The 11th edition of the NEPS Conference will take place in Bamberg on December 10 and 11, 2026. It addresses researchers from Germany and abroad, from various disciplines and at different stages of their academic careers, to present and jointly discuss current findings based on NEPS data. The event is framed by the National Education Panel Study with its seven starting cohorts, its wide range of content from competence development over the life course to educational processes and decisions in diverse learning environments to educational outcomes, its enriched data resources of NEPS-ADIAB (linked to administrative information from the Federal Employment Agency) and CILS4NEPS (linked to international surveys from the CILS4EU project), as well as its numerous methodological innovations.
