Awards and honors for LIfBi researchers

Two LIfBi researchers received honors and awards in January. 

 

Dr. Anna Hawrot, research associate in Department 1 “Competencies, Personality, Learning Environments” was appointed Editorial Fellow of the journal Educational Psychology at the beginning of January 2025. Educational Psychology is dedicated to primary psychological research in the field of education for all age groups and educational levels as well as important meta-analyses that are relevant to educational psychology.

Dr. Marie-Ann Sengewald, research associate in Department 3 “Methodological Research, Research Data Centre”, was awarded the Sigrid Blömeke Scholarship Award 2025 by the Centre for Research on Equality in Education at the University of Oslo on January 30. In a related project, she is investigating the benefits of process data for evaluating the differential effectiveness of app-based treatments.
