By passing their final oral exams on June 30, 2026, Eva Griebel and Luca Hennemann successfully completed their apprenticeships as office management assistants at LIfBi. They are now the eighth and ninth young professionals, respectively, to have completed their apprenticeships at LIfBi.
During their three-year training period, both gained familiarity with the diverse tasks involved in research support administration. They rotated through various departments at the institute, thereby gaining comprehensive insight into the operations of a non-university research institution. In addition to traditional administrative tasks, they were also able to expand their knowledge in other areas, such as science communication. A particular highlight was their participation in a two-week study abroad program in Denmark organized by Berufsschule III Bamberg as part of the Erasmus+ program.
With dedication, a willingness to learn, and great open-mindedness, Eva Griebel and Luca Hennemann have successfully mastered the diverse challenges of their training program. The certification they have now earned from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) marks an important milestone in their professional careers.

Just one year after its founding, LIfBi received accreditation as a training provider from the Upper Franconia Chamber of Industry and Commerce. The institute trains young professionals in three fields: market and social research specialists, IT specialists for system integration, and office management professionals.
