Offizielle Eröffnung des LIfBi

Bundesbildungsministerin Wanka, Bildungs- und Wissenschaftsminister Spaenle (Bayern) und Präsident der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft Mayer betonten bei LIfBi-Eröffnung herausragende wissenschaftliche Bedeutung des Leibniz-Instituts für Bildungsverläufe in Bamberg.

Mit einem Festakt im Hegel-Saal der Bamberger Konzert- und Kongresshalle wurde das Institut am 26. Mai 2014 feierlich eröffnet. Der Festakt wurde geprägt durch Reden von Prof. Dr. Johanna Wanka, Bundesministerin für Bildung und Forschung,  Dr. Ludwig Spaenle, Bayerischer Staatsminister für Bildung und Kultus, Wissenschaft und Kunst, sowie Prof. Dr. Karl Ulrich Mayer, Präsident der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft.

Bürgermeister Dr. Christian Lange sprach Grußworte zur Veranstaltung und lud die Rednerinnen und Redner bei dieser Gelegenheit ein, sich in das Goldene Buch der Stadt Bamberg einzutragen (Foto). Der Präsident der Otto-Friedrich-Universität, Prof. Dr. Dr. habil. Godehard Ruppert, hob in seinem Grußwort insbesondere die Geschwindigkeit des Institutionalisierungsprozesses hervor.
