Guest Researchers

Numerous guest lectures and visits take place at LIfBi, some of them in cooperation with the University of Bamberg and the Bamberg Graduate School of Social Sciences (BAGSS). To promote international exchange, the LIfBi International Exchange Programme was established. Here you will find information about the programme and an overview of the international scholars who have visited the institute for a lecture or a longer stay.

International Exchange Program

The “LIfBi International Exchange Program” was established to enable researchers at various stages of their careers to spend time as guest researchers at LIfBi. The objective of these guest stays is to further the guest researchers’ own research projects or projects related to scientific infrastructure work at the Institute, in close collaboration with LIfBi staff. Furthermore, it encompasses the already established opportunity for LIfBi staff to conduct international guest stays.
